The surgery works in close collaboration with other organsiations to ensure that any issues pertaining to safeguarding are dealt with in a time manner. Dr Jessy Saini is the designated lead for adult and child safeguarding. She is passionate about ensuring that the practice population knows about all of the services which are available. Bharosa - Domestic Abuse
Bharosa is a domestic abuse service for ethnic minority women (particularly those from a South Asian background) living in Birmingham. They provide a free service which is confidential and unbiased for women and young girls over the age of 16, who are experiencing any form of domestic abuse.
You can contact Bharosa yourself, or you can ask for an organisation or individual, such as a social care worker, doctor, health visitor, or family friend to contact them on your behalf. Please click here to access further information.

They are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4 pm on Fridays.
Birmingham Women's Aid
