In line with our vision, here at Dr Saini's Surgery, we are continually striving to ensure that the service you receive is the best one possible. There are many ways to have a say in the services this surgery and the NHS provide. If you have a comment, a suggestion or a query you can:
- Join our patient participation group
- Leave comments via the NHS Choices Website
- Leave feedback using the Friends and Family Test
- Contact Mike Finnegan, Practice Manager via the surgery number.
- Complete one of the many monthly surveys we will be putting up here. Our Patient satisfaction questionnaire has also been translated into Czech and Punjabi by Dr J Saini and her team.
